As the Project Manager for Spiro Brand Marketing, I spearheaded the timely execution of tasks to manage project timelines, resulting in the success of lead generation initiative and marketing campaigns. My role expanded across four key areas: planning & coordination, vendor management, brand messaging oversight, and industry research. Specifically my responsibilities included overseeing content and asset calendars, communication with team members, and maintaining organization on platforms like Monday.com and Internal SharePoint. I collaborated closely with the marketing team to allocate resources to meet delivery dates, ensure cohesive brand messaging across channels, managed final campaign reviews and content assets, and facilitated effective meeting communication and follow-ups. Additionally, I handled financial aspects, including purchase orders and invoices, and assisted managing the departments budgets.

Planning & Coordinating

In my role as a project manager, I efficiently managed multiple projects by coordinating resources and production processes to meet agreed delivery dates. I proactively adjusted plans and communicated new timelines as needed, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout.My ability to navigate complex project landscapes and adapt to evolving requirements underscores my commitment to achieving project milestones and exceeding expectations.

Vendor Management

In my role, I help managed the process of financial management, where I oversaw a multitude of crucial tasks vital to the smooth operation of the business. This encompassed handling purchase orders, meticulously managing invoices, and maintaining vendor relationships. Ensuring strict adherence to contract terms and deadlines was paramount in this role, requiring constant attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. By collaborating closely with the Spiro/GES Finance department, I ensured that financial operations were conducted with precision and efficiency.

Brand Messaging Oversight

As a project manager, I also acted as a guardian of the brand's identity. I seamlessly collaborated with the brand's marketing team, contributing effectively to asset development and review. By embodying Spiro's identity and adhering to its guidelines, I was instrumental in ensuring brand consistency and integrity across diverse marketing initiatives. Ultimately, I was committed to achieving excellence in brand management and marketing initiatives.

Project Management

Goal: Manage all aspects of Spiro’s Brand Marketing team project timelines, including content creation, platform (Monday.com) oversight, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and financial management, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign execution.

Results: Facilitated the timely delivery of marketing campaigns by implementing proficient project management methodologies and leveraging specialized tools. Additionally, effectively managed billing processes and invoices for vendors to ensure financial accuracy and adherence to budgetary requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Content and Asset Calendar Management: I owned and managed the project timelines for the Spiro Brand Marketing team's content and asset calendars. This involved effectively communicating deadlines to team members and ensuring timely content creation to meet all deadlines.

  • Monday.com Oversight: I took charge of the Spiro Brand Marketing section on Monday.com, overseeing all workstream deadlines, asset and content requirements, briefs, and overall calendar organization.

  • Internal SharePoint Organization: I was responsible for organizing Spiro Brand Marketing's Internal SharePoint folders, conducting regular reviews to ensure files and asset folders were up to date.

  • Collaborative Brand Messaging: I collaborated with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging, story, and content across all channels for each campaign, aligned with Spiro Brand Marketing's VID and Brand Strategy.

  • Brand Guidelines Familiarity: I became deeply familiar with Spiro brand guidelines, marketing platforms, and campaigns, acting as an extension of the brand marketing and creative team during asset development and review.

  • Final Campaign Review: I managed the final review of all published campaigns, content, and assets, ensuring thorough review of social media copy and related assets before publishing on organic and paid digital channels.

  • Meeting Management: I took detailed notes during key team, workstream, and campaign calls, identifying action items and deadlines, and setting up a consistent communication plan for follow-up to meet deadlines.

  • Financial Management: I handled purchase orders, invoices, and vendor management, ensuring alignment with contract terms and deadlines as required by Spiro/GES Finance department.

  • Website Content Management: I managed asset collection and organization of folders for all new website content added, adhering to approved submissions and overall calendar deadlines.

  • Project Allocation and Resource Planning: I managed multiple projects, allocating, organizing, and planning resources and production processes to meet agreed delivery dates, proactively adjusting and communicating new delivery dates as needed.

  • Stakeholder Communication: I proactively communicated with leaders, cross-functional teams, internal departments, and external vendors for all owned and assigned projects.

Supported the Marketing team in the prompt delivery of campaigns through adept utilization of project management tools, while concurrently overseeing vendor billing and invoice management to uphold financial integrity and meet budgetary objectives.
